A yellow diamond sign with a black running child.

You see this sign. What is the best action?

  1. Slow down and be ready to stop fast. A child may run onto the road
  2. Keep your speed, because children stay off the road
  3. Sound the horn and speed up
  4. Stop for a full minute
Show answer

Correct answer: Slow down and be ready to stop fast. A child may run onto the road

The sign warns of a play area. A child can run out without warning, so the driver slows down.
