You drive on a highway outside any town in a signed school zone at 9 a.m. on a Tuesday in October. No lower limit is posted. What limit does the Act set?

Correct answer: 60 km/h

Outside a town or business district, the Act sets 60 km/h in a signed school zone from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, September to June. The 50 km/h urban limit does not apply there.
