What Class 7 Coach stores about you, and how to delete it.
Last updated: 2026-10-18
The short version
Class 7 Coach is a small project by one person, Kevin Amado. It stores your practice progress. It shows no ads. It sets no tracking cookies. It does not count your visits and does not record your screen. It does not sell your data.
What stays in your browser
Your progress is saved in this browser, in IndexedDB. It holds, for each question, how often you answered it, how often you were right, its box and when it is due. It also holds your exam results and the number of questions you learned on each day. It holds no name and no email address.
If you do not sign in, this is all Class 7 Coach has. Your progress never leaves your device. Clear this site's data in your browser to delete it.
A practice session is also kept in this tab's session storage, so a reload does not lose your place. Closing the tab removes it. Signed in, your browser also keeps a small note in local storage that tells your other open tabs that your progress changed. It also keeps, for this tab only, when your progress last synced. An older version kept your history chart in local storage. Class 7 Coach moves it into your progress and removes it.
Signing in
Signing in is optional. It uses the shared sign-in service at auth.utilarium.app (the same service as auth.kamadorueda.com). Coro and Picks use the same service. You can sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email address. From Google, the service asks only for your email address.
The service stores your email address, a random id for your account, and when you signed up and last signed in. It stores which ways you signed in. If you use Google, it also stores Google's id for your Google account. It does not store your name or your profile photo.
Each sign-in makes a session that lasts up to 30 days. Your browser keeps a matching session cookie on kamadorueda.com. While you sign in, short cookies last 10 or 15 minutes. They remember where to send you back, guard against forged sign-ins, and tie an email code to your browser. For an email code, the service keeps your address and a scrambled copy of the code for at most 15 minutes. It also counts the codes asked for your address and the wrong codes, under a scrambled copy of your address, to stop abuse.
The service counts how many sign-ins start, work or fail, by method (Google or email). These counts hold no email address, account or IP address. Coro's privacy page describes the service in full.
Your synced progress
Signed in, your progress is also saved on Class 7 Coach's server. Then it follows you to your other devices. It is the same progress as in the browser: your answers for each question, your exam results and your history chart. It is one record, stored under your random account id and not under your email address. It has the time of its last change.
Progress you made before you signed in is added to this record when you sign in. When you sign out, Class 7 Coach syncs one last time and removes the copy on this device.
Cookies and tracking
Class 7 Coach sets no cookie of its own. The only cookies are the sign-in cookies above, and only when you sign in. Class 7 Coach loads no analytics script, no ads and no third-party fonts. It does not record your screen.
Error logs and error reports
To find and fix errors, Class 7 Coach's server and the sign-in service keep short technical records of the requests they answer, in Cloudflare's Workers logs and traces. A record has the address asked for (without anything after a “?”), the time, the answer, how long it took, and any error. For about one in ten requests, Cloudflare also records your browser, your operating system, your language, your network and an approximate location (country, region and city). These records hold no IP address, email address or cookie. Cloudflare deletes them after 7 days. The pages themselves load without these records.
When Class 7 Coach breaks in your browser, it sends an error report. The report has the error message, the type of page, your browser and the app version. It has no account and no IP address. It is kept with the logs above.
Who receives your data
Class 7 Coach, the sign-in service and their databases run on Cloudflare (Workers, D1 and KV). Cloudflare handles your IP address and your browser's requests so that the site works, under its own privacy policy. Class 7 Coach does not save your IP address.
If you sign in with Google, Google receives your sign-in request, under its own privacy policy. If you sign in with an email code, the code is sent to your address through Cloudflare's email service. Nobody else receives your data. Only Kevin can read the databases. Class 7 Coach has no page that shows your progress to anyone else.
Deleting your data
Without signing in: clear this site's data in your browser. That deletes everything Class 7 Coach has about you.
Signed in: Class 7 Coach has no delete button yet. Send an email to Kevin at kamadorueda@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. Ask to delete your progress and your account. He will delete your synced progress and your sign-in account. Then also clear this site's data in your browser.
Deleting your account in Coro or Picks removes your sign-in account. It does not delete your Class 7 Coach progress on the server.
