Rules of the roadQuestion 145 of 424

You come out of a side road that has broken white lines across it. What must you do?

  1. Stop and wait for a signal
  2. Give way only to vehicles on your left
  3. Drive on, as you have priority
  4. Let the traffic on the main road go first
Show answer

Correct answer: Let the traffic on the main road go first

Broken white lines, a Give Way sign or a triangle on the road all mean the same. Main road traffic goes first.
